RETURN & REFUND

At BELUV, we prioritize customer satisfaction and are committed to ensuring a smooth
exchange process. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds, bank refunds, or refunds in
any form. Our office operates from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and
2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. For any queries or support, customers may contact us via WhatsApp at
9789225585. Messages sent outside working hours will be addressed on the next business
day, and we kindly request that all WhatsApp queries be sent only to the above number.

Exchanges are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrectly
delivered. Items eligible for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their
original packaging with tags intact. Claims for returns must be raised within 24 to 48 hours of
delivery; any delays beyond this period will result in the item being ineligible for return. To
process any exchange related to damages, defects, or missing items, a mandatory unpacking
video must be provided. This video should be a single, continuous recording with no edits or
cuts. A nominal fee of Rs.99/- will be charged for the reverse pickup courier.

Items that have been used, washed, or returned without an unpacking video will not be
accepted. Additionally, products purchased during final sales or special offers are not eligible
for exchange. Once a return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and the customer is
responsible for handing over the parcel on the scheduled date. Items returned must pass a
quality check, which includes verifying that the product is unused, unwashed, has no odour,
and that all original tags are intact. The exchange process may take approximately 7 to 10
business days from the date of return approval.

We do not provide any form of refunds. Exchanges will only be offered if all the conditions
